Microsoft Surface 2.0 ready for 2012
A multitouch table developed by Microsoft and Samsung to delay. It will arrive in stores just in January 2012.
Contrary to previous statements from Microsoft, the release of Surface 2.0, also known as Samsung SUR40, should delay. Months ago, executives at the Redmond giant announced that the table would be available later in 2011, to 23 countries. But according to the latest news, Samsung confirmed that the new product will be launched in January 2012.
Apparently, the delay is due to software problems. However, Microsoft still has not commented officially on the subject. The Surface 2.0 coverage during IFA 2011.
The high-tech desk, which should cost $7,600, has 10 cm thick, 40-inch multitouch display with full HD resolution (1080p) and comes equipped with Windows 7 Professional.
