600V/800A Intelligent Power Module V1 Series

There is one new device from Mitsubishi Electric. They announced their new power module for 37kW-class. It is a new 600V/800A intelligent power module (IPM) V1 Series.

This new power module used for 75kW-class inverter systems and 37kW-class servo systems. This series are suitable on European Union’s Restriction of RoHs. RoHS is Hazardous Substances Directive .Other electronics equipment is also fit with this power module.
